Welcome to the Ronfeldt Knives website! Thank you for taking the time to give the site a look. I'm Steve-owner and sole operator of Ronfeldt Knives. I am a law enforcement officer in California, where I work as a SWAT officer and full-time firearms instructor.

I am a passionate hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman. I started making knives several years ago to take with me on hunts. Over time, many of my friends offered to purchase the blades I made. A pair of knives I made for myself quickly evolved into a small business. 

At Ronfeldt Knives, I do everything in-house. I designed and tested all my blades. I shape the blades from sheets of steel using a process called stock removal. I heat treat and finish all my blades, and I cut and shape all the handle materials. My hands are in every process. I source all my materials from US suppliers.

I have always appreciated high-quality, reliable tools and I strive to ensure the knives I make live up to that standard. My blades are designed from real-world tactical and outdoor experience, and they are built to perform on demand. I am constantly refining my craft to make you the best blade possible-otherwise I wouldn't be comfortable putting my name on it.
